How many guests can Palm Breeze accommodate?
Up to six guests across two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King and Single; Bedroom 2 can be a King plus Single or three Singles. Please specify requirement on booking.
Does the villa have air conditioning?
Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Does Palm Breeze have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has its own private plunge pool, plus access to Sugar Hill's two main communal pools and one children's pool.
Is WiFi included?
Yes. WiFi is included, together with a Smart TV for guests' own streaming accounts.
Are beach towels and a hairdryer provided?
Yes. Beach towels and a hairdryer are provided for guests.
Is parking available?
Yes. There are two private parking spaces directly outside Palm Breeze.
What can guests use at Sugar Hill?
Guests can use Sugar Hill's resort facilities including the pools, tennis, padel, fitness centre, Clubhouse, play area and The Deck restaurant and bar. Resort facilities and opening hours may vary seasonally.
How do tennis and padel bookings work?
Tennis and padel courts are booked directly with Sugar Hill. Tennis court bookings are free for guests; padel court bookings are chargeable, with the current rate confirmed by Sugar Hill. Equipment hire and coaching, if required, are arranged separately through the Clubhouse.
How far is The Deck?
The Deck is around a two-minute stroll from Palm Breeze and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
How far is the beach and Fairmont Beach Club?
Alleyne's Bay and the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club are approximately five minutes away by car. Palm Breeze includes Beach Club access for up to six guests, with loungers and umbrellas, parking, shower/toilet facilities and restaurant discounts among the benefits.
How far is Holetown?
Holetown is approximately five minutes away by car, with restaurants, bars, shopping and a large Massy supermarket.
